Refund requests
Request a refund within 14 days of the relevant charge through the support address configured for this deployment, using the purchase email and Paddle transaction ID. Paddle reviews eligibility under its buyer terms; duplicate use, abuse, taxes, or chargebacks may change the outcome.
Cancellation
You can cancel in the Paddle customer portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
